We are based in Sydney, Australia and frequently photograph and film weddings in the Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands and the South Coast. 

However we absolutely love to travel! Whether your wedding is New South Wales, or elsewhere in Australia, or even an international location, we’re more than happy to be there to capture your special day.

So feel free to let us know if you’re planning a wedding outside of Sydney. We’d love to discuss the details and tailor a package that works for you. Additional travel costs will apply depending on the location, but we always strive to make it as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Yes, we do offer both! Pre-wedding or Engagement photoshoot sessions are a wonderful way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your big day and a great chance to get to know each other before your big day. 

We offer free pre-wedding photoshoot sessions if you book our photo & video combo packages. Otherwise, pricing starts at $399 for 60 minutes with one photographer in the Greater Sydney Area. There are additional travel fees for locations outside of the Greater Sydney Area.

Absolutely. You can add hours to any of our packages.  We charge a simple hourly rate for any extra time. If you’re after a shorter day, we can also reduce hours down and we’ll adjust the pricing accordingly. 

Please note that there is a 4 hour minimum for wedding days. This does not include elopements. Also packages under 8 hours won’t qualify for the free bonuses listed in our brochure. Those are reserved for full-day bookings of 8 hours or more.

Most couples book us for 8 to 12 hours, that would usually be enough time to covers everything from getting ready through to the reception formalities. However if you’re unsure, we’re happy to take a look at your draft timeline and help you work out what coverage makes the most sense for your wedding day, or give you our advice on a timeline if you don’t have one yet.

Yes.  All our prices are inclusive of GST, so there are no hidden surprises when you receive your quote or invoice.

We specialises in a documentary-style approach to capture authentic moments and emotions during your wedding day. We strive to create natural, candid images and cinematic videos that tell your unique love story. Having said that, we are always happy to adjust our style to suit your needs and personality. We want to capture what makes you, you!

Two photographers and/or videographers, are great for large weddings and weddings with lot of formalities and events happening. You will get more coverage and angles of your wedding day. 

But it also means we can do the getting reading simultaneously. This means we’ll have one photographer and/or videographer with one partner, and another photographer and/or videographer with the other partner at the start of the day for the wedding day preparations. When we have one photographer and/or videographer, we will have to go to one partner  first, and then the other partner afterwards. 

Two videographers will also allow us to work on both the highlight video as well the full video of ceremony and reception (aka documentary edit of ceremony and reception).

Ideally, we recommend you to book our services at least 9-12 months in advance of your wedding date to ensure availability. However, we occasionally have last-minute openings, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We know how unpredictable life can be, especially when booking dates so far in the futures. If you need to reschedule your wedding, we will do our best to accommodate the new date at no additional cost, subject to our availability. In the case of cancellations, our deposit is non-refundable, but we will work with you to find a fair solution based on the specific circumstances if possible.

Absolutely! We love working with clients to create images that capture their unique vision. Feel free to provide a shot list of specific moments, poses, or groupings that you’d like us to capture, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests while maintaining our creative approach.

Yes, we carry public liability insurance and always bring backup equipment to every wedding. This ensures that we are prepared to handle any unforeseen circumstances and can continue capturing your special day without interruptions.

That’s no problem at all. We’re actually a bit  introverted ourselves, so we know how uncomfortable and awkward it can be to be in front of a camera. That’s why we like being behind it! But we consider it part of our jobs to make you feel comfortable and also enjoy the process too. In fact many of the great photos you see on our website are of couples who have told us they are camera shy!

If you’re nervous, we recommend doing a pre-wedding photoshoot.  It a great practice run and helps build confidence, so that on the wedding day you’ll have no worries about being in front of the camera. 

To secure your date, we require a deposit of 50% of the quoted price. However if your wedding day is 15 months or more away, we we can offer the option to split the deposit into two payments of 25% percent to make things easier. The first 25% due at booking, and the second 25% due 12 months before your wedding date.

Please note that a deposit is not an additional fee but a portion of the total price that’s paid upfront to secure our services for your date. The remaining amount is due 7 days after the wedding date. 

If you need any payment plans we are happy to discuss that. We want to make the process easy and stress-free. 

We always offer unlimited photos so that on the day there is no limit to the amount of photos we take. We find this much more convenient for both you and ourselves. 

During the editing process we will remove photos where your are for example blinking, or any other technical issues. But otherwise you will get all the other photos. Of course we have our preferences for which photos we like more, but we know that you might have a different opinion. I can’t say exactly how many photos you will get  but from experience you should get at least around a 1000 photos with 1 photographer on a usual wedding day.

We aim to deliver your full wedding gallery within 4 weeks and your video within 6 weeks. But we’ll always keep you in the loop if it’s going to be sooner or later! You’ll also get at least 10 preview photos within 48 hours of your wedding date

Yes, we do. We accept credit and debit card payments through a secure online payment system, as well as bank transfers if you prefer. However surcharges do apply to card payments only.
